CAD/CAM Partial Dentures

Partial denture design and fabrication, a lost art or an emerging breakthrough of technology? We say The Latter! When you send your partials to ROE we scan your model and digitally create your design from the master cast. Then, we print your frame on using stereolithography, and then we cast your frame using crown and bridge casting methods. What does all that mean to you an your patients? Better fit, better design, and improved mechanical properties! Every Time!

Digital casees are computer-surveyed and blocked-out. The resin protype that is printed can be tried in for evalutaion. If you send us a photograph of your patient we can input it into the software and give you a preview of how the clasps will look. This is all incredibly exciting!

AND, A variety of hidden, tooth-colored and clear clasp designs are available.

Wironium Premium Castings

Now, when you are looking for a framework that won't work-harden, has a low ductility and a high elasticity, order Wironium. The lightweight feel will allow you to offer thinner yet stronger prosthetics that will feel more comfortable for your patients.

Wironium’s patented composition makes you think you are handling a type IV gold partial alloy. It has adjustability that will not work harden.

The alloy’s higher modulus of elongation, 12% compared to 3.5% for the standard Co/Cr alloy, helps to eliminate the fear of fractured clasps.
