ROE at Independence, Ohio

ROE Dental Laboratory, has been building successful long-term partnerships with dentists since 1926. The laboratory began with Mr. Roe Miller, and in 1978 the laboratory changed hands to Mr. Bruce Kowalski. Fast forward to 2001, Bruce’s son, BJ Kowalski, who has been involved with ROE since an early teenager, took over the family business and has been implementing a philosophy of progressive laboratory engagement ever since.

Orginally based in Garfield Heights, ROE Dental Laboratory needed greater facilities to support the growth in personnel and technology to service our local and national partners. In 2016 we proudly moved to our current location based in Independence, Ohio.

Together with our talented and experienced staff, he makes certain we are continuously improving the art and science of the restorations and appliances delivered from ROE. He never lets the ROE team forget that our customers are the reason we’re here – that our success depends upon the success of the clients we serve.

Alan wears many hats at ROE. As CCO he ensures that our clients are informed of the many services and products ROE offers. Alan also coordinates continuing education courses and seminars, co-writes our ROE Reports newsletter, contributes to technical support and office communication, maintains our online resources, and much more.
