Our system is straightforward. We preplan cases with our licensed software, then host live online meetings to develop and finalize case plans – saving our clients valuable time and out-of-office training. Clients also have the option of downloading the free BlueSkyPlan software. Please call us about this option for best case selection. To simplify the process of providing surgical guidance we developed the ‘No Scan Appliance Technique”. That’s correct, when your patient presents with very little metal-based restorations, we simply require master casts, or a digital impression from any device, and a CBCT with the arches separated by cotton rolls. With this information we provide CT guides for all implant systems!
We manage cases from diagnostic work-up and CT scan appliance fabrication (when needed), to implant placement, and provisional and final restoration.

How to get started with ROE’s surgical guides?
Step 1 – Understand the records you need for CT planning
Step 2 – Export and send us your DICOM
Step 3 – Upload your case
Step 4 – Sign our Master Surgical Agreement
From here ROE will:
- Design the surgical guide
- Conduct an online meeting with you for design approval and sign-off
- Create and mail you your surgical guide
ROE make this process simple as a result of over a decade and a half of surgical guide experience.

Our planning dentists and implant specialists send video plans with a voice over explaining the details about your case so that you can review and approve, or reply with changes. Our clients love these videos. The 1/2 price savings, the convenience and the quality are a step above the competition.
